An eye-catcher with added value: The Stuttgart Insurance booth at the DKM trade fair

At this year's DKM trade fair in Dortmund, Stuttgarter Versicherung presented a booth that uniquely combined sustainability and design.

A native tree was chosen as the centerpiece – a challenge, as trees with leaves are scarce at the end of October. In collaboration with a tree nursery, an evergreen yew tree, 4.5 meters tall, was selected.

Together with lush greenery and a woodland backdrop, the tree brought a piece of nature directly to the booth and formed the central element of the "green" stand area. In addition, the team crafted a custom-made bench in their in-house workshop, framing the tree on the 50-square-meter stand and transforming it into an inviting retreat for conversations.

After the trade fair, the yew tree was donated to the city of Dortmund, where it will continue to be cared for, while the bench will find a new home at Stuttgarter Versicherung.
