Welcome to the IMTeam: Two new young talents for our workshop

On 1 August, we were delighted to welcome two new apprentices to ISINGERMERZ: Béla is starting his apprenticeship as a joiner, whilst Elena is beginning hers as a joiner. We are delighted that they have both chosen to pursue their careers with us and extend a warm welcome to them as they join the team.

For Elena, the journey actually began a little earlier. A month before her apprenticeship started, she got to know our company through a work placement. This gave her the chance to gain some initial experience in our workshop, get to know the team and gain an insight into the varied world of trade fair and interior fit-out.

Over the next three years, Béla and Elena can look forward to a varied and practical apprenticeship. They will learn about wood as a material from the ground up, work on bespoke exhibition stand and interior fit-out projects, and gain an insight into all areas of our workshop. Throughout this time, our experienced colleagues will be on hand to offer them advice and support whenever needed. As a recognised training provider accredited by the Wiesbaden Chamber of Crafts, we place great importance on providing young people with hands-on training and offering them the best prospects for their future careers. Alongside technical skills, we foster personal responsibility, team spirit and creative thinking – qualities that are indispensable in modern exhibition stand construction.

We wish Béla and Elena a successful start, lots of exciting experiences and, above all, plenty of enjoyment during their training. It’s great to have you as part of ISINGERMERZ – we look forward to working with you!
