The distinguished gentleman holding the triangular scale ruler was a deliberate choice. He is a tribute to our company founder, Bernd Isinger, who established the business in 1977 together with Norbert Merz.
Bernd Isinger was known for his wealth of ideas, his courage, and his tireless drive to advance and improve things. His guiding principle was:
"There is always room for optimization."
This philosophy continues to shape our company to this day. The triangular scale ruler symbolizes planning, precision, and craftsmanship—but above all, it represents the commitment to constantly question the status quo and pursue continuous improvement.
