HanseMerkur – the exciting path to a trade fair stand concept

The annual opening meeting (JET) of the HanseMerkur insurance group took place in Berlin in mid-January. The event focused on six thematic worlds of HanseMerkur Insurance. Over 450 square meters, the following topics were covered: Financial Freedom

in old age, health, leisure time, and sponsorship or sustainability creatively staged. In close collaboration with our client HanseMerkur, a completely new concept was developed that illuminated every topic with great attention to detail.

When ideas become reality

The challenge:

Six thematic areas were to be created for HanseMerkur's annual opening conference from January 12 to 13, 2024: leisure and sponsorship, sustainability, social engagement, innovation and the future, financial freedom in old age, and health management.

Our colleague Sabine, who is responsible for creative concepts at our company, developed the ideas for the event. She used her “scribbles” to visualize her suggestions for the customer during the meetings, enabling decisions to be made more quickly. This resulted in six small, independent exhibition stands with themed activities.

With excellent timing, our project manager Jörg planned and organized this extensive project and kept everything running smoothly throughout the entire process.

With an extensive range of machinery and the interdisciplinary skills of our team of designers, carpenters, electricians, metalworkers, painters, and advertising technicians, almost everything could be produced under one roof. The on-site construction of the 450 sqm themed worlds was ultimately completed within two days. This was a challenge that required good time management and a strong team. Thanks to our project manager Jörg and a great construction team, this was no problem, and the annual opening was a complete success!

Your customized trade fair appearance!

“We would like to thank you very much for your efforts. The collaboration worked out great. Even the scribbles were fantastic. But the stands were even more beautiful in real life. With this in mind: THANK YOU!” said our customer HanseMerkur enthusiastically. We would also like to say thank you for your trust and the great collaboration. It was a pleasure to bring this exciting concept to life!
