At the international trade fair Light + Building 2024, Fränkische Rohrwerke presented an extraordinary booth that drew the attention of visitors with its modern design and creative interactions. In an intensive planning phase that lasted over five months, we worked closely with the client to develop a customized concept that met both the brand's requirements and the expectations of the

trade show visitors. The goal was to create a booth that not only stands out visually, but also promotes interactivity and direct exchange. The success of the trade show appearance once again underscored the importance of creative booth activities and well-thought-out room design. The booth provided an ideal environment for professional discussion and was one of the highlights of the fair!

Interactive booth as a visitor magnet

One of the biggest attractions at the booth was the digital graffiti wall, which allowed visitors to capture their artistic ideas in real-time. This technical innovation was the result of close collaboration with specialized suppliers and artists who assisted us in the development and implementation of the wall. Visitors had a lot of fun creating their own artwork, which not only encouraged interaction but also significantly increased the time spent at the booth. Additionally, there were other activities, such as a button machine, which also received a lot of attention.

The 300-square-meter headstand impressed with its spacious, open design, which provided room for intensive technical discussions. The design, which was fully in line with Fränkische Rohrwerke's corporate identity, featured bright, inviting colors and a clear structure. The strategic placement of the promotional areas and the open stand design created an inviting atmosphere that encouraged visitors to linger and engage in conversation. The central area of the stand in particular served as a meeting place for in-depth discussions between experts and interested parties.

The planning and construction phase lasted a total of six months. In close coordination with Fränkische Rohrwerke, all relevant details were clearly defined from the beginning, ensuring a smooth process. The close collaboration enabled us to complete the stand construction on schedule and professionally implement all technical requirements, including the complex graffiti wall. Our internal network of suppliers played a central role in this. From the selection of materials to the collaboration with the artists and technicians, all processes were perfectly coordinated.

Measurable success and customer feedback

Fränkische Rohrwerke's trade fair appearance was deemed a complete success. The interactive elements, especially the digital graffiti wall, proved to be real crowd pullers and generated consistently positive feedback. This was also evident on social media, where the customer praised us in particular: "Our trade fair stand was a complete success! Thank you very much for the great cooperation." Based on this successful collaboration, the customer has already decided to plan future trade fair appearances together with us.
