When Pollmeier Massivholz sought a partner for a new international trade fair presence, the focus extended far beyond the realization of a single stand. They were looking for a company that would provide strategic guidance right from the conceptual phase, further develop ideas, and create a system that ensures a consistent brand experience across various exhibition spaces and leading international trade fairs.
Working closely with the client during intensive consultation and conceptualization phases, we developed a modular stand concept that can be flexibly adapted to floor areas ranging from 12 m² to 60 m².
The goal was to showcase Pollmeier’s brand values—innovation, sustainability, and material expertise—while simultaneously establishing a foundation for future trade fair appearances both domestically and internationally.
The project’s particular strength lay in the combination of strategic consulting, well-conceived planning, and skilled craftsmanship. Close collaboration between the consulting, project management, and workshop teams resulted in bespoke elements that go far beyond conventional trade fair construction.
Using beech wood provided by the client, our master carpenters and skilled specialists crafted several children's chairs that serve as tangible examples of the material's versatility. In addition, we developed and built a mobile display unit that showcases the wooden products in authentic settings, demonstrating the material's wide range of applications in areas such as the kitchen, living room, and children's room. The presentation was complemented by a wooden structure standing approximately four meters tall, serving as a central focal point that impressively highlights the quality and diversity of the material.
It is precisely these types of custom products that require a high degree of precision, an understanding of materials, and craftsmanship—qualities made possible only through in-house production and experienced specialists. For Pollmeier, this meant streamlined communication, maximum flexibility, and the assurance that concept, design, and manufacturing would integrate seamlessly.
The result is more than just a single trade fair stand; it is a scalable exhibition concept that can be deployed at future international events, ensuring a consistent brand experience for Pollmeier worldwide. The concept made its debut at Carrefour du Bois in France—to great success. The new trade fair presence impressed not only through its high-quality design and craftsmanship but also by validating the shared approach taken by Pollmeier and ISINGERMERZ: moving beyond mere brand presentation to create a tangible, immersive brand experience within the physical space.
